Hatha Yoga :
Hatha yoga is the first and main style of yoga asanas which all other
styles of yoga are derived from.
It incorporates breath and long static holds in postures around 5
breaths, depending on the teacher and the pose. This style focuses
flexibility, strength, inner balance, mindfulness, and inner
connection, while cleansing the mind and body.
