Yin yoga is a very slow paced style of yoga, that focuses on multiple
aspects, from meridians to meditation, breath and flexibility.
It is very powerful in allowing the body to open up and release
physically and emotionally. By the end of the class you can expect
to feel extremely relaxed and lighter than usual. I call it the "the soul
massage"
